Preparation of surfaces

LEVEL 1 FINISHING - PRELIMINARY TREATMENT

LEVEL 2 MIDDLE POLISHING - MIRROR POLISHING

Take the edge part of the wound. Make polishing, a mirror surface state so that the whole paintwork gets smooth.　A hairline wound goes out.

LEVEL 3 WOUND UP BUFFING - RESTORATION POLISHING

When deterioration of the paintwork is clear, a lot of wounds scrape off a deterioration part of the painting together with the wound and do it in a mirror surface.

BLACK LEVEL BLACK FINISHING

The black car turns off a buff fine scratches in an exclusive compound and buries a spot wound.

Work to stoving the coating with the short wave-type infrared heater.

Use the latest "short wave-type infrared heater" for the stable fixation promotion of the glass film after coating in our shop.

There is more strongly than normal temperature hardening the film of the glass by this stoving coating.

It is uniform, and it is with hardening performing evenly that a passion touches not only the outside of the film but also the inside as for the short wave type infrared rays and heats.

We compromise with neither the groundwork processing nor quality of the coating.
